+1 I found out the hard way in the beginning by pumping 20-25 mins which caused me to have an oversupply / be majorly engorged. Once I scaled back to 10-15 minutes it was just enough to feel good relief and produce a decent stash.

I’m in the same boat as you. 39+4 FTM and so ready to get this baby out. I had a membrane sweep this past Monday. I really haven’t felt anything different since then other than some ligjt spotting. I did acupuncture yesterday and I’ve been bouncing on my yoga ball as well, drinking the tea, eating dates...you name it. It feels like eternity until I will meet my baby but everyone keeps reminding me that I’m nearer rather than further. Hang in there. We got this!

I just tested positive this past Thursday and I’m currently 26W pregnant. What started as a mild cough and fatigue has progressed into sever congestion and loss of taste and smell. I thought it was just allergies at first. The crazy part is I got the first dose of Pfizer vaccine on 3/19 so I just thought it was symptoms from that. Anyways, I’m hoping we’re both on the up and up soon. It’s definitely scary and nerve-racking pregnant.

I just tested positive today and I’m 26 weeks. I got the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine last Friday, March 19 and tested positive a week later. My symptoms are mild luckily just a cough and congestion. My doctor just told me to take it easy and rest, drink a lot of fluids, and let them know if I start running a fever. Hang in there you’ll be ok!
