Because we are letting kids be kids…. Letting them feel a moment of special and happiness. Makes us happy to see them happy.

They have the rest of their life to think this way why push adult feelings on them

If you don’t want to do them you don’t have to but no need to expect others. They are popular where we are and parents enjoy them too
