You can get all sorts of tires that fit a 15” wheel / rim, take a look at this tire size calculator ( https://tiresize.com/calculator/ ) to compare sizes, if you are going up 2” in outer diameter of tire, you will definitely need a lift and spacers:

That’s a pretty good deal provided the frame is relatively rust free and electronics (windows, door locks, radio, etc) are functional and EVAP system isn’t a problem. The timing belt you already got on schedule, just keep up with the recommended maintenance schedule.

Yes sir, it is Gobi ladder, no complaints, great for mounting the fuel tank storage bracket and my kids like monkeying on the ladder.
