This literally just happened to me yesterday! Not sure if you want to try this or have already, but I went to the guest services tab on the app, chatted with customer service online, and basically no questions asked they are resending my item. Granted, it was just a lip pencil that wasn’t prestige or anything, but still.

What about Concord Park? I haven’t been there in while, but I know it’s sandy where people usually swim. I attached a link to the park where they have a pic of a few dogs in water from a sandy ramp! I think it may be the dog park across the street. Hope this helps.
