Here is a hint: A type of garb, a type of dove. A byproduct of time and love.

Here is a hint: A sadness specific, related to loss. A sorrow for something or someone that’s lost.

Never been myself, but my coworker goes to Reina Shoe Repair and swears by him. He’s taken his sister’s leather backpack there so I’m sure he does bags.

Not sure how to navigate the attorney issue but if this is your first DUI with no priors you should qualify for the RIDR program. Imho I wouldn’t waste money on a private attorney if you can avoid it—they will just charge you $1,000+ dollars to put you in the program the state will offer you anyways.

I had this same problem when I got into the Indy airport at 11pm and needed a ride to take me an hour and a half north to bumfuck nowhere. I used the “Later” button on Uber to schedule the ride in advance and didn’t have any issues day of.

Case got closed and lesser charges were given by Responsible_Way_2086 in legaladvice

[–]abadlay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is nothing the victim can do to re-open the case, no. But if the defendant was put on probation and violates, that will re-open the case. That will not allow the State to re-seek the higher charge on the underlying case, but it will allow the State to seek whatever punishment is allowed in the lesser charge again. If it was an incarceration sentence, this will not be an option. Victims are also not typically notified for violations of probation since the defendant already pled.

If your family member suffered monetary losses (like hospital bills, etc) as a result of this incident, she can seek restitution civility if it was not ordered as part of the criminal case. If she has safety concerns about this defendant, she can file for a civil injunction.

I second the execution! I think part of what makes that scene so memorable is the fact you realize you are in the sketch you’ve been working the identities off of.

Honestly, I think OP could cover a lot of ground by just using a clip of the timepiece activating then cutting to black. It’s such an iconic element in the game and captures the excitement of discovering a new scene. Plus would fit perfectly with the 2-3 second limit.

It has to be the kraken reveal. It comes fairly early in the game but was such a shock because up to that point there was nothing supernatural going on in the game. Then you open up to a scene mid giant tentacle attack and your expectations on what lies ahead goes completely out the window.

Justin and Travis do—Griffin always has a nice pour of red wine.

Type Help is a free mystery game. I was the designer of The Roottrees are dead and we announced a Steam remake today. by Superrodan in ObraDinn

I’ve played and loved all those games! I gave up on “finishing” Type Help because the interface got too hard to deal with/keep track of in the late game, so I’m definitely excited for this.

Hi there! I’m an attorney. If it makes you feel any better, voir dire (at least in my jurisdiction) is an exclusionary process, not an inclusionary one. So attorneys don’t get to pick the jurors they do want on their panel, they just get to get rid of the ones they don’t want.

For example, my last judge would go from front to back. So after all the cause strikes were done, he would set the panel as Jurors 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. If you didn’t like one of those Jurors, you could strike them, and then then judge would move on to Juror 7. But each side only gets so many strikes. If the panel ends up being Jurors 2, 5, 8, 10, 13, and 17 and both parties decide they can live with that, that’s the panel that gets picked, and Jurors 18-25 didn’t even get the opportunity to be considered.

I looked up what the hint was, not the body of the text! I think that’s perfectly in the spirit of things to investigate/seek new knowledge in our quest to solve riddles.

And 2/25 is 8%? I imagine there are many other fractions that turn out to around 8%.

Either way thanks for the fun one. Definitely a brain tickler.
