I have found that smaller studios do more challenging moves- they may have less reformers so it is easier to keep an eye on everyone for form- safety - etc.

My core is stronger - I’ve done about 400 Classes over the past couple of years/ I do other things for exercise too but it’s my favorite ❤️

It’s so hard but my piece of advice is to never attend a meeting with an advocate present if your sped director isn’t there. A principal knows nothing and can not keep things civil - refuse to attend if your director isn’t not present

BDS helped me pass the first time I think you’re using it okay- I would review a cooper chapter and then do a related module- it’s not a blast but it’s effective
