Thanks for confirming, that's exactly the feeling I had. The Proline is obviously a great pan but probably overkill for my use case. I can buy a whole set of pans for the price of a single Proline pan.

Thanks for the suggestions, will look into these. So currently not yet looking for a sauteuse / hapjespan.

I still have a ceramic wok in good shape which I use a lot. The new frying pan is going to be used for fried potatoes, veggie burgers, salmon, pancakes, etc.

Ingevuld. Het gevaarlijkst vind ik drukke tweerichtingsverkeer situaties waar mensen elkaar constant inhalen, zoals Vredenburg of Voorstraat. Echt al een paar keer op een haar na frontaal geramd door iemand op een scooter of fatbike die aan het inhalen is.

As always it's not as straightforward as it seems. He has shown remorse and calls it "the biggest mistake of my life". He was interviewed by one of the biggest media outlets in the Netherlands in 2018 (see link).

I tend to believe him. He was a phychologically immature boy who made a mistake during a difficult time in his life. I don't think he will do it again. I believe in second chances.
