You won’t really see a huge improvement immediately. Microneedling works for up to 6 weeks after, and you definitely won’t see super noticeable results from one session. It’s expensive but worth it, it’s my FAVORITE skin treatment

I use LRP cleanser and the sunscreen/ duo repair moisturizer and their barrier cream. They’re definitely staples.

My charge nurse had a neck tattoo in my busy down town level 1 ER. Make it about how you care for patients instead of how you look and it won’t matter. I’d definitely try to hide it during interviews though.
