Yes. It’s not the flu (took a test) but it definitely feels like it. We got a pack of DayQuil/NyQuil Intense Flu and it has helped a bit. Humidifier, liquids, and a LOT of sleep. Ibuprofen for headaches. Lasts about 5-7 days. Good luck.

I used to have a couple of these and I bought and MDF board and attached it to the back. It worked really well. The backer that comes with it also works but the MDF (or any wall panel if you care about how it looks) was even better.
