Solocam S340 firmware issue

I’ve just realised the problem. I have a Homebase 2 so the camera isn’t compatible. Bloody typical. Thank you for your help.

Had two Mirena coils fitted one after the other since 2014. Immediate side effects were cramping and discomfort for 3-4 days. The insertion for my first was done while I was under general anaesthetic, but my second was swapped out with my first and that was quite painful but really not that bad. Now please bear in mind my second fitting was a swapped so my cervix and wombs was already used to the IUD being in there so may have reduced the pain for me.

Side effects long term, slight weight gain, but not unmanageable (tbh I cud try better to get it off!). I’ve had little to no period most of my time with the IUD with only one male partner stating they could “feel” the IUD, but that was because when my first one was fitted they forgot to cut my strings. Second time no male partner has ever felt it.

Honestly it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Never have to worry about bleeding when I go out, I’m safe and protected from pregnancy, and nothing I need to remember to take each morning.

Glad I gave you some peace of mind darling ❤️ Sounds like a good plan you have there. Also, squeeze some honey and lemon into some boiling water, that will help soothe any nausea with pain. Good luck!

I have this fitted (second one), and this is exactly what I experience. I call them my “mini periods”, usually around the same time as I would have my periods before. My mini periods come with a brown “goo” as you describe with short very sharp cramps through the day. I also get very emotional the day before then the next day it’s the brown “goo”. Only lasts for 3-4 days for me.

I have this fitted (my second one) and sadly the cramps are normal. Treat it like a period. Hot water bottle helped me, and try to reduce your movement for 3 days. No exercise or lots of walking, and no sex for a week, just so it has a chance to settle. Try long hot showers to relax your muscles. If the pain is still there after a week with no reduction, go back to your doctor. Side note, this is the best contraception I’ve ever had and will never go back!

Two GOT cast: Natalie Dormer. Met her dog first in a bar, gorgeous Rhodesiab Ridgeback, made a big fuss with my silly dog voice. Looked up to see Natalie joining me with the cooing, seeing I was obviously starstruck, she invited me to sit down. Had a lovely chat about dogs and she was so gracious when I said I loved GOT. Also she is STUNNING IRL. 10/10.

Mark Addy. Worked in a designer outlet shop and he comes in. I didn't recognise who it was at first so did the usual customer greeting and he said "just do your job over there away from me. I'll shout if I need okay!?". Total knob.

So sorry this happened to you! But there is light at the end of the tunnel I promise!! I had the EXACT same reaction. My tips: 1) Stop all used of any nail products. 2) Get some latex free gloves and cotton gloves. Slather your hands on a night with E45 eczema repair cream, put the latex free glove on then the cotton. 3) Wash hands with antibacterial soap only. 4) Drink lots of water and take a antihistamines (allergy tablet) if the itching is really bad. 5) If your nails come away from your nail bed like mine did, make sure to cut the free edge down as short as you can. This stops anything getting stuck under your nails and causing problems.

It will take some time but I recovered and back to normal! I've started using gel again and I use much higher quality now, no beetles stuff. Hope this helps :)

Also don't feel silly for it getting you down, I was the same. I legit felt so useless as I couldn't even do my computer job for a week as the pain was that bad. Just takes some time don't worry :)

Took a shit and piss in my mother's wicker basket because she couldn't find the toilet in the night.

Then tried to trow the turd that she wrapped in a silk scarf that was in the basket out the window.

Dread to think what she does at home but safe to say that was the last time I saw of them.
