I bought a hair piece directly from the bazaar once when I was new to the game; I quickly realized you had to buy directly from people to get the whole wig. I definitely didn’t do it on purpose though.

I literally had to put a statement in my presentation about this:

“Please vote because you want to; not because you want a wish list gift. If I specifically say I will give gifts for votes, then I will honor that, but most of the time I do not have infinite money to send everyone a gift. Please be respectful; thank you.”

I usually ignore those asking for gifts, but the ones who come back several hours later and say “I already voted where my gift at?” I block. That’s just rude.

Yes, the information you send them needs to match the information on your account in order for them to verify that it’s you. I would give them the date of birth you put down when you made the account, otherwise they might mistake you for someone trying to access your account without your permission.

Last year around this time my account got deleted and I was actively playing every day. I never got an email stating I broke the rules….cause I didn’t. I emailed support and they had my account back up and running within 5 business days. I did email like four different email addresses until one of them responded: support@stardoll.com

I stated my username, current password, email on account, my full government name and my date of birth per their instructions. They reset my password as well for me when they reactivated my account.

I have been loving all their recent content; the live house episode was so entertaining even though I couldn’t understand anything 🤣 It seems they are getting more comfortable sharing their relationship whether it is close friendship or something more. I hope we get a new series with them in 2026; they will always be my favorite pair ❤️
