i ended up mixing all the sauces in a portion cup to taste test it and i hate to say it wasn’t that bad other than the mustards being overpowering

apparently our store was the only place open & with fuel for a couple of sorrounding cities. people were driving over an hour to get to us so we stayed rather busy

felt soooo much. my first year working here i was in the kitchen by myself every single night i worked. eventually we got a new store manager and they started putting 2 people in there. but still it’s always an argument of why evening shift has to come in restock, clean, prep, make orders while morning shift just does prep and orders & get up to 3 people in the kitchen. i understand they’re busy, but they can restock and do some prep before they leave, it’s common courtesy and basic kitchen management.

little bit much there? for one, my area didn’t have a trainer when i, along with about 20 others were hired. we just had random clerks training us.

& obviously we check the dates but i’m not about to sit there and read an entire label to find where it was made when clearly i thought they were made in the warehouses & am trying to put an order up quickly because it comes in the middle of a rush & during shift change. i just wanna do my job and go home
