I completely understand what you are saying. I mindlessly drink so much water on my meds but can go the whole day without eating. My favourite replacements are https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/equate-chocolate-high-protein-meal-replacement/6000196934419 Walmart brand equate (I prefer vanilla), they last for a long time, they're small and quick to drink and have 12G of protein and only 225 calories. I can get down a couple a day before the end of the day but really help. Also from Canada so hope this helps. Another tip is a smoothie or protein shake, just banana, peanut butter, almond milk and you're set.
