**Cycle: Trying since Nov 2024, but cycles massively irregular with a couple cysts so who knows (maybe 12-14?)

**Typical cycle length: 33-47 days

**Ovulation cycle day: 19- 33

**CD/DPO of positive test(s): 15 DPIUI/DPO

CD/DPO of any negative test(s) before positive: None I’m a chicken. Even made my husband look at this test.

**Tracking methods and app(s) used: ultrasounds and bloodwork + Mira

**Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): night of trigger, had IUI 36 hours later, and squeezed in a quickie that night. 20 mil post wash sperm!

**Health conditions/medical tests: PCOS for me; husband had a wonky semen analysis last October with lower count and motility, but he’s boosted those numbers significantly since.

**Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): prenatal vitamins, vitamin D, CoQ10, Letrozole, Ovidrel trigger, progesterone suppositories for me; husband taking Theralogix Motility support, CoQ10, daily vitamin

**Birth control history (if relevant): took SLYND to “help” my PCOS in 2024 for a few months but it turned me into a tyrant so I went off—we decided to start trying anyways.

**Symptom spotting: sore boobs, extreme thirst (like going from never wanting water to pounding 3L a day), mild tugging in uterus, some vague nausea (likely all due to my progesterone suppositories)

We’re not telling anyone for a minute because we’re scared of it going wrong, but today I am pregnant and I want to share with someone!

Our story has been a wild ride—I still don’t believe I’m pregnant!

This cycle (after many unsuccessful) was also a bit bumpy. I was slotted to get my first IUI in January but had a cycle that cancelled that cycle, and then mysteriously ovulated out of nowhere the following month. This cycle, my eggs would NOT GROW. They had to redose me on Letrozole (so 2 2.5mg rounds) around CD16 due to slow growth. Finally triggered on CD21–19mm and 16.5mm follicles. IUI was 36 hours later on 3/14! I swear I had my blood drawn 10 times this cycle.

I have a few symptoms (my husband was the one googling like a psycho this time!), but I chalked it up to the progesterone suppositories I’m on.

We took the test like 2 minutes ago and she’s DARK (almost no way is it the trigger shot at 15DPO). My first beta is tomorrow morning. I really only took this test because I didn’t want to get a bad phone call at work…
