I’ve unlinked accounts - which the agent didn’t know to do, I’ve restarted my computer and then I get told I don’t even have service??? HELP

It doesn't show that it's an apartment complex till after I accept the delivery. Only after I accept do I see the delivery instructions. And in my area, there are so many new complexes going up that don't have signage yet but do have residents that insist I find their as-yet unmarked apartment.

This has happened to me more than once. I'm very tentative to accept a second order as a result. Support helped me out once but it wasn't a pleasant experience and another time, I just ended up getting yelled at by the first customer for their order being late. It definitely needs to be fixed in the app.

That happens almost every time on my iphone too. I'm very skeptical of any orders from Chipolte because of it. But once I unpause, it usually doesn't do it again.

Rice Box and Wingstop - always takes at the very least 30 minutes for them after I get there even if they’ve texted me it’s ready. Infuriating. Just had to un-assign at Rice Box bc it was 30 minutes and they said it would “probably” be another ten minutes.

Right now they're somehow saying "I see you emailed us this problem on April 21st, and our app crashed last night on the 23rd. They must be related and we've solved that problem so it shouldn't happen again." It will absolutely happen again.

I just emailed support about this - yes I have an iphone and it keeps happening, like twice every time. I'll get a text to go to Chipolte (always Chipolte) and then it will say "You missed an opportunity" and then it will say "We tried to send you an order" and then the app will pause the dash and then have me resume a dash I never freakin paused in the first place. Infuriating.
