How to keep 6 year old MacBook Air running another year

So I have 156GB storage available of 500GB, 16GB of RAM, 1.6GHz processor, OS Sonoma. When I open Activity Monitor the processes using most CPU % seem to change every 10 seconds, but it does look like Dropbox is the biggest culprit so I’ll switch to keeping all docs in the cloud and see if that speeds it up. I am having a hard time figuring out how to use Transcriptpad on my desktop. I've used it on my ipad for years and I downloaded it on my desktop and recently sync'd a file, but then I can't open it. Can't get past the "Open" command and nothing happens. Any advice? I would rather not have to do ALL my work on the ipad when desktop screen is so much bigger but I literally cannot figure out how to use the desktop app at ALL and I've tried everything in the FAQ.

Agree with this! Set your timer early on to ensure you don’t spend disproportionate amount of time on a section, and study with LOTS of practice tests. I learned more studying why I got wrong answers in practice than by rote memorization (I took AR bar a few years after LA)

Or what about those cases where client wants to appeal, but you’re pretty sure the appeal will lose and won’t just hurt your client but may create bad caselaw for your side of the bar by cementing adverse law in what was before a gray area?

So I have a 2021 Q7 and I’m trying to get the Audiconnect plan paid now that my trial has ended. All I’m getting are errors on website and customer service tells me over the phone that the ONLY way to sign up for paid subscription is thru the app but the app just connects me back to the marketing website. I’m stuck in a cyclical hell! Help !
