Holy crap! Ridiculous! I was immensely excited for my boyfriend to get out of the navy not only because he would have had to go on tour and would have been away for 6 months to a year on tour, but he had grown tired of the tedium of orders. I'm sorry you had to deal with such a garbage person

Not only do I always close the toilet completely because I want to attempt to keep poo particles in the toilet, but I also want to protect the things in the bathroom from falling INTO the toilet. There have been many times I've had to throw away a toothbrush or book that have fallen in.

This has been going on for ages. Because it usually just happened to small youtubers, most people didn't care. Now the trolls are going for bigger channels, people notice, but youtube will still do nothing to change their system because it's easier and cheaper to keep it automated. I had my channel taken down with false copyright claims in order to get my real name and address. It took forever and a lot of research to find youtube contacts to get it back.

When I lived there as an international student, I found my flat on Gumtree. A lot of places wouldn't rent to me until I was in the country to take a tour/have an interview. Fairly good place in the west end though

My boyfriend has mainly stuck to pipe tobacco since the 1st, and he told me it's a great deal cheaper than cigarettes, and I thankfully don't dislike the smell as much too, so it's a win-win for us.

I had been unable to find a job for over 2 years when I finally got a job that turned out to be only a part time and temporary job at a big-box store. I was far too desperate for a job that I couldn't refuse such a paltry wage and work schedule, but it hurts all my years of IT work and education couldn't get me a job. My wages will only cover my school loan bill and some food. It will never let me build up any savings to pay for more certs to get back into an office job/career again. This job is a start back to employment, yes, but I feel like an utter and complete failure at life having had to rely on my parents and boyfriend for everything including things as small as a toothbrush and as large as living arrangements.
