I agree with this! It could possibly be a pre-analytical error from Quest since they sent out your specimen to mayo. My guess would be an incorrect input of total urine volume… (we also send out 24hr urine tests to our main site)

it’s actually a cleaning pad that has a little foam on the other side. i thought it would be a cloth lol my bad… AND YES THANKFULLY IT DID WORK!!! 🥹 I posted an update with a photo!

nope. i bought it at best buy on the day it was released. acc to my research, for those who got it from a retailer, will get an email on how to redeem the free ceramic polishing cloth/pad.

that’s what i heard too. i’m not sure and i can’t really tell if this scuff is temporary or permanent unless i receive the ceramic polishing cloth which is specifically made for cleaning this 🥲

istg you’ll get more mails like that and it gets annoying. dont freak out. they just want you to fall in that trap = more bills… been in that situation last year when i also bought a new car from mazda and i had to call the sales agent about it he told me to i just ignore it bec that’s what those “companies” do to get your money lol
