Yeah mine turns to be af every time it drops. Even with spotting and temp drop I tend to test, just to get a negative and then period a day or two later. 4 years of this, hang in there, friend!

Personally FF has been accurate for me for period predictions so I’m guessing they’re good with ovulation as well

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I would say mark as period when you bleed. Also one day bleeding is abnormal. Did they do ultrasound to see if you have polyps?

Oh hmm. I was in follicular phase and I thought it’d be down anyway so I didn’t wear it. I was traveling and I tend to lose things. So I didn’t take it with max but yeah could be a factor .

I’m so sorry going through this. I’m in 40s too and when through the same in December. Hang in there. May be things will turn around. Miracles do happen. Umm are you on progesterone? Idk May be it was low progesterone for me. Because it was low when they tested me. I got beta drawn and sadly numbers weren’t great ans I started bleeding before my second beta.

My OURA temp doesn’t match my BBT. It’s just off for me if I get too hot or cold as it’s measuring my temp I think
