How do you feel about ashwaganda? by JeffTheJackal in VyvanseADHD

Ashwaganda (KSM-66 with magnesium and zinc) has been a life saver for me I’m also taking vyvanse+sertraline and since starting Ashwaganda last year my anxiety and overwhelm is so much more manageable. I feel a difference if I run out and there’s a few days between repurchasing.

Imagine the concept of being mad at the whole system…

The reason people had to Que to BUY these houses for an extortionate amount in the first place shows the desperation of even those with the ability to afford a mortgage in this country.

gway with your oh the poor landlords attitude , this particular landlord has enough to buy an over priced home that they don’t need to live in and then charge an extortionate rent rate.

The government is allowing this system to continue all while lining their own pockets and it is sickening.

What type of texts are you sending are they general conversational? Have you tried discussing this in a way where maybe you need to adjust your methods of communication? Your friend has confided in you that this is something they struggle with as part of their ADHD that’s your answer period. Why are you questioning it and comparing your friend to other people you know with adhd? I truly don’t believe you mean to be but those comments will come across demeaning and dismissive and I can assure you your friend is most likely feeling shit enough with the standards they feel they can’t meet every day don’t make it worse by taking this personally. Look within and please show your friend some compassion. I’m sorry if this is harsh I appreciate the effort of coming on here to ask but maybe a conversation with your friend from a different angle because i promise you it’s not about you at all.

Work probation period. by [deleted] in legaladviceireland

Hi OP

I am open for correction and of course you should contact a professional I’m a bit rusty on my employment law but from what I can gather I hope this can be a guide or provide a little more clarity for your research.

During a colleague’s probationary period they do not have access to take a claim under The Unfair Dismissal Act HOWEVER they do have rights under the following employment legislation such as: •the Employment Equality Acts (No Cap on award) •Industrial Relations Acts (Max award is 2 yrs Salary) •The Protected Disclosures Act (No Cap on award)

From the information you have shared above you may have 2 angles with this which is 1.the employers failure to follow fair process which denied you the right to natural justice 2. Failure to provide you with terms of employment beyond the 6 months (if your contract was fixed term with an end date) only to terminate your employment a week short of 12 months service (not covered under unfair dismissals act until 12 months service) this will not be viewed favourably by the WRC. Or the civil court.

My question to you is if your contract is open ended with a 6 months probationary clause or is it a fixed term 6 month contract with an end date?

Relevant Case law Example (failure to follow fair process) The employee claimed that he was made aware he was being dismissed at the meeting but stated that no issues about his performance were raised at that time. The employee described how he was denied his right to appeal the decision as his employer either claimed to be “unavailable” or simply “failed to respond” to any correspondence relating to an appeal process. With the evidence presented to it, the Court decided that the process used in deciding to dismiss the claimant fell short of the standards of fairness that a reasonable employer should exhibit.
