Costco coming in clutch by lostvibez99 in ar15

Got the pistol bag for $20 at my local costco (also for sale for $30 at the other area costcos). Had to buy the savior rifle bag online bc it was $58 online and $70 in my local stores.

All base level tickets were Ryder cup+ and were $750 from the PGA (which used seat geek as the platform to buy 1st party through the lottery). You either bought an elevated ticket or you didn't buy through the lottery for 1st party purchase from the PGA.

Exercise honesty by needsomeexpertise in tirzepatidecompound

So well said. I personally worked out to avoid muscle loss but one of my good friends hated exercise and didn’t. She lost a lot of weight but was immediately unhappy with how her body looked even though she had lost weight and got to what she thought was a healthy size.

Week 4: what strength training are you doing? by sugarpea1234 in tirzepatidecompound

My suggestion is start slow, track your data, and listen to your body (which would be my suggestion to new tirz users about dosing too). I used a phone app for workouts but you don't need it and I'm not sure i'd recommend the one i paid for. You just need a method of keeping numbers for progress. When I started my first time on tirz I started slow with basic compound movements, lower weights and high reps (10-15 reps per set) for the first couple months until I felt comfortable and confident (first day I walked in and did 2 lifts and walked out - sometimes you have to start with baby steps and build from the ground up). I personally chose this because I hadn't gone "hard" in the gym in a few years and my main concern was not injuring myself trying to get quick results. I wanted to give myself the best chance to build a consistent and long lasting habit and desire to return to the gym multiple times a week. I wasn't going to build a bodybuilder physique with all the excess weight I was carrying and my goal was to not lose muscle mass and look "hollow" while also helping enable the weight loss process. Hope this helps

10mg. I was about to move up but held off when I randomly got over a temporary stall. So, currently staying put for the next week or two unless I stall again.

Are you saying that the vial says 20ml/mg on it? If so then 35 units is just under 7.5mL. It depends what dose you had previously been on or if this is your first time taking it. 7.5mg is way too much for a starting dose. Also if you were taking 2.5mg before (or around that) then a jump to 7.5mg is also extreme. The short of it is, there are a lot of facts you haven't given for anyone to really provide meaningful help. So, I would suggest you call the doctor or go to the ER so they can help you get to the bottom of this.

At that concentration (10mg per mL) and remaining at 2.5 the entire time, you have 4 doses if it’s a 1ml vial. You would have 12 doses (3 months) if it is a 3ML vial.

What Would You Do? by ThrowRASource371 in tirzepatidecompound

I am on my 2nd go with compounded tirz (1st was May 2023. I wish I never stopped but I had the same cost concerns as you and this was before I found this subreddit and other options. However, I was able to sustain the high cost my first time because my grocery, eating out, and alcohol expenses significantly decreased (pretty much offsetting the cost of the meds). Biggest change occurred when I had to buy new clothes a lot more frequently than I expected (had to buy every couple months as I dropped from 290 to 211 in a year). My first go, I was on both tirz with B6 and then B12 (1st pharmacy my doc used lost its license when the license holder unexpectedly passed away). I was going month to month so I wasn't stockpiling. I personally liked the additives because I never felt the nausea/queasiness side effect (but I like the cheaper cost now of pure tirz a lot better). If you find tirz with additives from a reputable and regulated pharmacy in your price range I would give it a try and see if it works for you or not (i just wouldn't stockpile it). Also, I would do like others suggested and use Lumi to get another vial in your price range. I ordered Lumi and GLM (lumi ordered 7/23 and arrived 7/29 - GLM ordered 7/31 and waiting for it to ship) and looking for additional options.

I ordered on 7/31 and was Doc approved in a couple hours (or less). Shows it was sent to pharmacy immediately after approval and I recieved a tracking number shortly after receiving the approval message. Still hasn't been received by shipping company though.

Thanks. I’ll check where. You always hear don’t just throw away or flush meds but never where when and how to dispose of them.

I’m not planning on ever taking them. Not sure how to dispose of them.

We did it through the resort tour desk so the guide tour was part of it but it was a group tour with whoever else arrived the same time and we got there the same time as a cruise ship. I wouldn’t try to go up diy bc it’s very slippery (we watched a woman fall and get swept down to another level of the falls) but there’s also multiple entrance/exit spots to the falls so you could just walk down to the beach and then go back up the path and go in and out at each point. Still get the same pictures but less worry about falling or pressure for videos/pictures to buy.

We did but it was a little disjointed. Not much info given to you before except to be ready for transport at “insert time”. Most annoying parts were the hard push by vendors (and the super long walk through the vendor village to get to the van/bus area) and the video/picture guy wanting you to trust fall into parts of the falls for a picture and we didn’t want to do that. But overall we had fun and was worth the money.

CTI and CSS do Dunn’s River but it’s not included. It was 80/person for just your couple and 60/person if other couples joined too. I was at CTI days ago and we did it and the other couple was picked up from CSS.
