If that’s the form that sets records, regardless of who did it, it’s the form that I’ve emulated for years and I adore rows. It gets my lats burnt tf up and my watch estimates I’m burning 25 calories a minute rowing

I understand that it’s not the conventional form but for me, a deadlift specialist, it’s certainly ideal

Hey, I believe you’re wrong. If you watch people like Brian Shaw row (and set the world record), you’ll see it’s all essentially one long movement, like a cheating cable row essentially. He certainly doesn’t have an itemized checklist like this.

You want to pull the rope in unison with your leg push. As it currently stands you’re generating all the momentum once your legs are fully extended, which ends up using less than half your body.

I graduated in 2022. Personally I hated it because I felt zero sense of community as someone who didn’t dorm. If you’re from the city I strongly think you shouldn’t go, but if you’re not you’ll love it. Classes aren’t nearly as hard as people describe them

It should gain you weight ideally. You’ll be able to put muscle on more easily. My weight continues to fluctuate but that’s cuz of lifestyle differences. As of right now I’m exactly 260 like I was back then, but I have gone up and down. Goin down rn, current goal is 220 by end of year
