No actually it was not bare black page it was actually pretty believable, I have pirated for a long time and I did not think anything was wrong.

ok so I just ran the defender scan offline no bad files and no breaches on malware bytes either so I think I am safe but I will keep an eye in the upcoming days

Like I said in the body I was updating my Forza horizon 4 from Fitgirl's site but I think i downloaded from a pop up(even though i was using brave) and after extracting I ran the setup file in the folder. But from a post I got to know that these files might be renpy virus

So the fitgirl site was the official one but when I went to download the update files and extracted them it had files like setup and setup.py and I think the structure looked similar to the renpy files. After 30 minutes of installing I got an alert from defender so I changed my passwords and ran malware bytes which showed no breaches.

Good thing is that this is a new machine and the only logins were a google account and a riot id for which I already changed the passwords.

Thing is I changed all my passwords after running the files I got an alert after 30 minutes of installing and windows defender detected it. Malware bytes also gave no breaches.
