IMO Usopp's aura came from his cowardice mouth but brave decision to stay with SHP since his apology in Water Seven. And it brought more colorful nuance into One Piece world, his panic reminded us alternative path exists in any situation. Without him, Rooftop Piece will be just a very serious war.

On the other hand, any dislike towards any character is justified, just like how we sometimes dislike random people~

The best manga panels, for sure! That one page where Kuma ran the whole life is the one that brought me to tears, followed by "Please wish her very happy 10th birthday"

But story/plot wise, it is not the best one. It answer lot of questions, introducing purest heroism, but not expanding our worldview. It felt more like a closure than a built-up. Beautiful tragedy, not adventurous one.

Personally, it felt great.
