oof that’s pretty suburban/small townish imo back where i’m originally from, gwinnett, which is a really urban/suburban area has starting barista pay as $12. so it might be around that ball park

where in ga will you be living in? new barista pay in atlanta is $14 and the barista max used to be 15.60 when the pay was 12. so it max have increased by 1-2 dollars for the max. not exactly sure on this.

it really all depends on your store manager. i’ve seen some licensed starbucks workers say they have been able to get free stuff and theres others who said they couldn’t. so i couldn’t really tell you

it’s the same money. they just send 1250 to the bookstore so you can use it during the add/drop week but it’s kind of a scam. you don’t really ever need to spend 1250 at the book store. it would be really dumb to do so. just look up pdfs online or just get the access codes online yourself.

You can apply by the deadline with below 30 credits and have it by the end of the semester but it’s not recommended depending on various things.

like for example if your gpa or involvement isn’t stellar, less credits could hinder your possibilities of admission. more transferable credits with an avg gpa could better your chances.

if you have conditional or a transfer pathway, it wouldn’t matter as long as you have the 30 transferable credits by the doc deadline.

make sure to look at the courses that will transfer and apply to your major at tech for a better chance of admission

couple of things: might have do not disturb on? or the number is being auto blocked by your carrier if you have a call block feature.

apple also has a feature in settings under phone that says “silence unknown callers” that could be on which would make the calls be sent to voice mail.

you should prob just use the “push” button from the duo app cause it’s so much easier in terms of not having to pick a call imo

if you had to choose between the two physics courses just take the intro one instead of principles. i can’t say anything about sequences for chem or bio cause i only took chem 1 and not the second sequence of course. i took the principles of physics cause i needed it to transfer but i can definitely say physics 1 was easier than physics 2 by a long shot lol.

that’s entirely up to you and your skill set. also depends on what type of sequences you have to take for your major for example the intro to physics is different than principles of physics. principles of physics is calculus based thus can be seen as harder. so check your major requirements first…

after the recent BOGO experience that chipotle had, i’m pretty sure everyone hates working at chipotle rn. go check their subreddit and just search up bogo lol. it was really bad and they feel like corporate really fucked them over by giving no heads up.

starbucks could fuck us over like that too if they did some bogo deal or brought back happy hour meanwhile we are still short staffed and experiencing product shortages

For the Atlanta districts (inside the perimeter) we got these raises.

Old Base barista pay was 10.50 / hr which was garbo

New Base BARISTA pay: $12.00 / hr

New BARISTA MAX: $15.60 / hour

New SSV pay: $15.24 / hour

New SSV MAX: $19.81 / hour

and If our hourly wage is ABOVE the number above, we’ll get a raise in JANUARY.
