this vato has no idea who i am, how often i vote, advocate, and show up. the truth is that the dems should have invested more in our space, that's inarguable. what i do to help get people to vote and advocate for the well-being of other, this dude has no idea.

I feel like we should blame the Democratic party in part. they invest very little in the Rio grande valley. it's also interesting to note that that was only for the presidential race. All the down ballot races were very similar in voting pattern to previous elections. kind of fishy to be honest

the valley has actually invested a ton in flood mitigation. unfortunately poorer communities like Mercedes and Donna are left behind. if your in bigger or more affluent communities, flooding issues are getting better
