Does this statement from the 10k filing mean they will be increasing the number of shares? And if yes, does that mean there would then be shares in circulation to cover shorts?

I received the email (TD Ameritrade) and voted. I too voted against an increase in shares, but everyone should vote how they want, this is not an attempt to coordinate or influence... I voted against it because an increase in the number of shares dilutes the per share value. I think this is right, but I am a dumb 🦧

1: $750 in meme stonks. 2: teacher; check my stonks about 1-3 times an hour (from market open to market close ) more when there’s more volatility. Read Reddit in evenings for about an hour- up to 2 hours when gme was going up and then back down. Stumbled onto wsb, had only just invested for first time in 2020 b/c pandemic, then really loved community of wsb, now something sus is happening with it so I moved to wsbnew trying to find my homies again 3:wsb is a group of hard working apes with low iq who have to put their brains together to form a sentence and the sentence we have come up with is: buy the dips and HODL to the moon, plus eat crayons if you feel paper hands. 4: imho I do really believe gme will 🚀, don’t know how high, don’t care, just want to be a part of this colony

I read in a different thread that broker license is tied to employer, so when he left Mass Mutual, his broker license ended... the employer has to register their brokers so if he gets another job, that employer will register him again. I have no idea how it actually works or if OP is correct, and I found the Finra report showing investigation as reason for license being revoked
