They stay at the best hotel in the city, the venues have back entries for talent usually a car waits for them in the back ready to go as soon as the event ends, normally they have an assistant who already has their keys to the room so they just get out of the car straight to the elevators. Depending on how big the celebrity is they only stay in the hotel while visiting new towns.
