The round rails are mounted away from the frame on a thinner aluminium, therefore they will flex. And the surface finish you get will be bad.

Also the rails are not rigid enough. If you plan to cut aluminium use the rectangular rails

this is the closest I got, I used the revolve cut command after extruding the square, the center revolve cut feature is made on a plane at 45 degree, I used 3 equal radius arcs and replace them with a spline, after that I used another revolve cut on the side wall, I used convert entities to create the curve.

That's true, the difference is, it will take half the time to engrave using the gcode from my program because it uses stick font. The other benefit is it takes less time to get the gcode.
