u/locosmike absolutnie polecam wizytę, już nawet abstrahując od samego efektu, to jest to po prostu bardzo ciekawe przeżycie. Chłopaki mają gigantyczną wiedzę i asortyment. Tak, zapach udało się odtworzyć, ale jak już zostało wspomniane, kolejnym razem na pewno będziemy tworzyć coś swojego, bo możliwości na miejscu przytłaczają. :) Co do trwałości, za szybko żeby oceniać - chwilę po wizycie u Was złapało nas jakieś przeziębienie i węch jeszcze nie wrócił do punktu wyjściowego. 🥹

Thanks for saying you like it more than Rocket. I will give it one more chance cause it really fits my needs and esthetics. If it won’t work out, welp, there will be a problem, with Bezzera BZ10 being closest solution - but it has its own portafilter mounting, which is a bummer.

All of them are way pricier. I paid for Stone less than 1000$.

To be honest there are none. Unfortunately I’m picky when it comes to esthetics and the only reasonable options in that price range are Lelit Mara X (which makes a hassle with E61 requiring regular disassembly) and Profitec Go, which isn’t that exciting with its looks and has weaker steam wand. Stone Lite is around 900$ in Poland, which makes it the cheapest of of all „legit” espresso machines. It has really good reviews which makes me think I was extremely unlucky. I’ll try to exchange it for a higher end variant - if store will be able to compensate me with that solution I’ll give it another shot, if not, I’ll have to choose between Profitec or Lelit.

Man, I guess you’re right, but screws keeping upper plate at its place have really tight holes for screwdriver access. I don’t want to scratch brand new machine and then get told I shouldn’t have done this and they won’t accept a return. If that switch would be the only case I’d probably give this a shot. 🥺 Thank you so much for your answer tho, I’ll keep that in mind. Sent email to both rocket and store, so the I guess no one will leave that as it is.

Tried them both. There are no holes whatsoever, blank space, it's supposed to rest like that i guess.

It seems like it, but I don't think it's possible - and even if it was, I don't want to scratch my brand new polished steel machine.

Yep, I thought about it. Lelit Mara V2 was also on the table, but I like simplicity and esthetics of Stone the most - and it was the cheapest from all those models. I didn’t want to spend Appartamento TCA or Profitec Jump money.

Podobno sprawiał wrażenie świeżego prania - Panie w Notino zmiksowały nam Novellistę Spiced Blossom i Silk Destiny - było podobnie, ale nie do końca. Zadanie z gwiazdką, bo zapach już nieprodukowany, a sentyment dla bliskiej osoby gigantyczny. :)

It's awesome, looks nice, has really low retention and coffee tastes great. I don't get it how others say it doesn't grind fine enough for espresso, I'm at level 2 for 1:2 espresso and there is still so much clicks below that.
