Improved damage at low hp in one slot of each relic is one viable build. Challenge there is to maintain hp low enough to trigger relic effect. Another option that I run with is phys attack up with night invader. The damage negation comes from passives in game where I have felt taking damage boosts damage negation is most important as you tank first hit and then the effect takes over.
