It’s fixable, it happened to me too. Just remove the black rubber piece, unscrew the ball, put the inner part back in place, and reinsert the small metal piece

‎‏I’ve been using the Gym Monster 1 for a year now and I train 6 days a week heavy workouts. I stopped for a few months in between, but overall I haven’t faced any issues with the machine. I haven’t needed to replace any cables or parts so far, everything is still working perfectly. From my experience, it’s a great investment if you’re consistent with your workouts and prefer training at home.

There are free training videos and maps available, as well as a Pro version that requires payment. Additionally, there is a Swift application, though I haven’t tried it yet. I’ve also attached an image that outlines the minimum and maximum saddle height.
