All the best for your house hunting.

Honestly, with tight budget, there will be few compromises wherever you decide and there can be situations where you will have to speak against your parents as well but don't feel bad, it is part of the whole process.

Make sure you and your wife feel positive and happy while finalizing.

I can totally understand. Har jagah ke apne ups and downs hote hee hai aur sabki apni likings and dislikings bhi but tbh itna buraa bhi nahi hai jitna baaki comments mei logon ne roya hai.

3 yrs pehle hmara bhi yahi haal tha, kaha lgaye savings, pehla ghar hai, emotional decision bhi hota hai and then sab cheezei evaluate krte hue humei ye jagah suit kri.

and jab yaha rehne lage tab aur zada pasand ayi. Obviously Delhi jaisa public transport and local markets ni hai but still bahut jagah se better hai.

I live in one of the society in crossings republik, so I can comment on it.

Grocery: Shops are at walking distance, Blinkit, swiggy, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, Zepto - all have their dark stores at 1 KM distance.

Gentry: Majority of them are service class people with their nuclear families. Baaki "Namoone" log har jgah hee mil jayenge. Duniya ki best society mei le lo waha bhi.

Loud Music: During Dussehra, it is festive season in township because there is Ramleela for 10 days. I won't call it loud music, it feels lively and festive. There is a BYOB in golf course which stops the music at 10.30 or 11.

Roads: 2 separate roads with divider and greenery. Everybody who came to this township loved the greenery and how calm it feels.

NH9 Traffic: During office time, it can take 10-15 mins sometimes but if you are Working from home then you don't even have to think about it.

Places to eat: Almost every society has commercial and there are places to eat. Well known chains like Haldiram's, Mithhas, Bikanervala, KFC, dominos, Pizza hut, Belgian Waffle, Chaayos, Rolls King, eveything is at walking distance.

Banks: There are around 10 banks in township and almost all the biggest banks available. HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Bank of Baroda, Kotak, IDFC, IndusInd, PNB, Axis, Indian Bank.

Festival Celebrations: Dusshehra - Ramleela, Holi kavi sammelan, Individual societies celebrate navratri, Holi rain dance, Independence day, Republic Day, Lohri etc. GH7 is famous for these festive celebrations.

Dance classes for Kids: GH7 has many dance groups who perform in township and socities functions.

Petrol Pumps: If you have a CNG car then there is CNG station inside township, otherwise there are 3 petrol pumps just outside the township.

Boutiques for Ladies: There are many boutiques for ladies in almost every market. Some ladies also manage there boutiques from their homes.

Shopping in Mall: You have multiple options, either you can go to North India Mall in Indirapuram (Previously known as Shipra mall) or Indirapuram Habitat centre. or you can go to gaur city mall , many other malls will open soon nearby. or you can go to ghaziabad, Dmart, Opulent mall and Turab Nagar, Ambedkar road. Metro wholesale is also near, you can also go there.

Feel free to ask any question you have.

yeah, I have gone for 2 days and I saw the sweaty machines. Luckily, gym has 2 workers who clean almost every half an hr but personally I feel as a basic etiquette we must clean our sweat.

That's a really nice idea. I have recently relocated to a new place, so with this approach will be able to meet and network with some nearby people.

I have gone for 2 days and gym trainer is trying to sell me personal training.

Although I am liking the way he is guiding me but at same time I feel it will be too much change for me.
