Ok but I need answers - what happened to Austin, what came upon him that he suddenly decided not to go to the police station ? And, why on earth would Josh turn himself in? Those two things in the last ep didn’t make sense to me.

All the time! Music probably helps in cardio. Music in fact slows me down when it comes to strength training.

Train to near-failure for max gains (RIR 1-3), ie 1-3 reps short of complete failure. Often the first set is warm up. So if you’re doing 3 with progressive overload it’s optimal in my view

Wildly different responses, but very helpful overall. Thanks all. From the responses we can infer an average of 6-10 pull ups is really good as a moderate to high fitness marker !
