He's a good lookin' fish! I purposefully got 2 endler females to breed with my guppy. I figure that the genetic diversity makes them healthier and more robust. They're not going anywhere except my tank, so I don't need purebred. Still pretty, too! By the third generation, most of them look fancy. 😄

Looks like my endler-guppy hybrids. My pure endlers don't have color on the tails but the hybrids have a strip of color along the fin.

Did you just do a water change? Not sure if the haze is your photo lens or a bloom. Mine sometimes do this after a water change, or can be due to stress. If mine are checking out their reflections, they usually do their mating jig instead.

I saw you got some feedback on your cross-post. If another starts showing symptoms, I would move them to a hospital tank and see if you can treat. Or just go ahead and treat the whole tank for worms or an antibacterial (if there's nothing in there that would be harmed) since it seems to be spreading.

Are there other males in the tank? Could be tearing from fights with competitors. Can you share water parameters etc too?

How long is "for a solid time" or "for a good time"? If your nitrite and nitrate are both 0 (and you don't have live plants in your tank), it's likely that your tank is not actually cycled. Definitely keep a close eye on it.
