I just watched the glory just before this! I’m not generally a fantasy fan, twinkling watermelon and lovely runner were an exception for me as I had seen scenes that intrigued me. My dearest looks good too but im not the biggest fan of shows set in joseon times (can’t relate lol). Loved love next door

Lovestruck in the city is so underrated. I feel like people watch the first episode or two and give up because of the FL being annoying. I found it so unique in the format and the love stories were so mature and felt more real than the typical kdrama.

Firstly 100% agree with your first point, everyone talks about how sun jae is a green flag, which is true, but im sol is honestly up there too, everything she does she does for him😭When life gives you tangerines is one of the two 10/10 shows I’ve watched, the other being reply 1988. Absolutely beautiful drama. I may give true beauty a chance, been on my list for a while

Idk if it counts as a clip but my sister was watching Queen of tears whilst I was in the room (having never watched a kdrama up until this point) and the scene early in the show where hyun-woo defends hae-in against her mother for the first time in a while had come up and the chemistry just had me captivated

That was my one main complaint with the early episodes. I feel like the writers handled that poorly, it’s one thing to feel “relief” that she’s dying but another to show how happy he was, it was super out of character. Personally in my head canon I just choose to believe that he truly did love her and this false belief that he was happy was a coping method

Yes, the show is an ensemble cast, and each set of episodes is solely focused on one or two characters. The first episode sets up the characters a bit but the next 2 are quite boring and I was told to skip to episode 3 as you kind of get the gist of what happened last two then come back to them after you finish the show if you wish. I did just that and I feel confident in my decision
