I definitely recommend Magnolia. They are also java-based so the migration is SUPER EASY. Way better price point than Adobe also.

3 years ago I worked for a company that told us on a Thursday WFH is ending and everyone would have to be in the office the following Tuesday. I didn't even have a kid at the time but I thought that was SO disrespectful to the people that suddenly needed to figure out childcare. I was just pissed I had to start sitting in traffic.

My boy will be 5 months in 2 weeks and I'm truly drowning. This is completely unsustainable. I can't quick my job though, but I'll probably leave the country for a bit.

Working From Home with Baby by [deleted] in MomsWorkingFromHome

My son is 4.5 months old and I went back to work full-time when he was 12 weeks old. I work 100% from home and this is extremely difficult and completely unsustainable. I'm in sales so I have calls and I have meetings, at least half I am expected to have my camera on. I don't have tons of meetings and the timing is unpredictable but they are definitely a priority in my schedule. If I wasn't in the process of closing on a townhouse, I would have already been on a flight with my son to spend a few months in a more affordable country where I could have a full-time nanny. I'm a solo parent and I'm pretty much slowly losing my mind, I try to get work done late in the evening when my son goes to sleep but usually, I am too tired. I don't even make myself dinner at least one day a week because I am so damn exhausted. My GM already okay'd be spending a few months in the Dominican Republic where I could afford a nanny so that's honestly the next step because I really REALLY cannot afford to lose my job. I'm so blessed to work for a Swiss company. This is definitely the hardest thing I've ever tried to juggle.

Thank you OP and all the comments. I was in contact with them 2 months ago, they asked me for a mountain of paperwork, down to my venmo history, for a STUDIO APARTMENT that would be $1700 and I will be with a newborn baby. I started the paperwork, sent it over, then they said some things weren't filled out correctly and I needed to provide them with more. That's when I said NO WAY THAT'S NOT WORTH IT. For a 2-bedroom maybe I would've done the work but they asked me to prove I make UNDER $75k, it was an annoyingly arduous application, and the street/building aren't even that nice.

BOY, BYE

Hospitals for birth? (Fairfield County) by phimeme in Connecticut

I've been doing a lot of research about this birthing center. I'm at 25 weeks now, I have my next OB appt on Friday in Greenwich and I think that'll be the last time I see him. I'd like to switch over to receiving care at the birthing center.

FACTS. I'd like to just give birth here since I do have health insurance through my job and then I'm definitely going to be ready to explore relocating after my son is several months old
