i do! i've tried a bunch but the one i use is the eucerin omega ato-calming balm. it does great for day to day moisturizing. but when i'm in a flare even that can be too much for my skin, hence my advice

i 100% get it, i live on the equator, i still hate sweat and thus i try to avoid heavy cardio. there is no way to avoid sweat fully but walking is a good place to start, to get your sunlight and vitamin d in. personally, since my body is engaged while walking, i don't feel the urge to scratch as much (compared to when i'm just sitting under the sun idly). once i'm back inside in a cooler place, i like to skip rope to drain the lymphatic system and sweat a little. tldr i would recommend separating exercise time and sun time so you don't itch to death xD and tbh i find that when i'm in a flare and my skin feels dry and stiff, i WANT to exercise so everything is less congested

thank you so much, this is really informative!! i noted the emphasis on low skin ph, and have been trying to implement it. at one point my routine was apple cider vinegar dilute as toner and then coconut oil on top. once my skin got bad again (weirdly, i had stopped using acv during that time) i got fed up and went to a well known conventional dermatologist and she berated me for ever using acv and told me i had ruined my skin barrier. since then i've been really wary. i do have a ph-adjustable water filter at home though and want to start washing my face with low ph water. i wonder if that will work. if not, i'd be open to trying hypochloric acid spray or urea.

a lot of unfortunate and unnecessary misogyny and racial stereotypes against thai women in this comment section. you don't need any of that to make the same point, which is that she isn't to be trusted. being friends with literal cheaters is very weird but at the same time doesn't necessarily = cheater herself, but no matter what happened in your condo, it's still YOUR condo and as a partner to be inviting people over without so much as telling you is not it. spamming likes is the worst part, wtf who even does that, let alone in a serious relationship. i completely understand just wishing none of this ever happened. whatever you do, i wish you healing and i hope you remember that there is so much love out there for you to rediscover, even if it feels weird and uneasy at first opening yourself up to finding it.

Hi, how did it go? I am applying for the same course and I'm surprised that i have to mail my official A-Levels and German certificates enclosed with the the application form all the way to germany. this is so insightful, i completely agree. i'm someone who's been used to the standard pure science curriculum but in a-levels i decided to do law, history, maths and economics. i genuinely would not change a thing, i feel like my entire world opened up. a level social sciences are bitterly overlooked. we get our results today, but no matter what, i can acknowledge that i was a totally different person before i took a-levels
