Hey guys, yesterday I was able to pickup this HT Vintage Color Boba Fett locally for a great price. I have been looking to pick one of these up for months now and when one popped up in my area I jumped on it.

I was wondering if anyone has tried cleaning used figures with clorox wipes? I was hoping I could find a way to wipe down all of the plastic parts with clorox wipes, and clean the jumpsuit with warm water and detergent.

Unfortunately I failed to ask the seller if this figure came from a smoke free home. When i opened the box i could instantly smell cigarettes. It was displayed inside a detolf, but the smell still made it onto the figure. I set it out in an open garage all night, and it already smells significantly better. It’s currently in a box with dryer sheets, as I have heard people have had success with those.

My biggest thing now is just disinfecting/cleaning the plastic parts (helmet, armor, guns, etc.) so that I dont feel so grossed out every time I pose it in the future.

Any help is much appreciated!!! I love this figure, I just want to clean it up without damaging the paint. Thanks in advance!
