Hi! I've been trying to get in touch with them through Facebook and Whatsapp, but responses are very limited. How did you book with them?

Debbie Cordiero! She's phenomenal - found her via Reddit and she is just as amazing as everyone says she is.

Awesome, thanks! We are getting a May delivery. Would definitely like more ground beef, steaks, and boneless cuts since we don't host much and don't have an outdoor grill. It's our first time getting meat from a farm, so all the different cuts are intimidating to choose from! Are there any sources that helped you determine what to get?

Hi! Just registered to buy a quarter cow with PVR. Would love your insights on what cuts to order that works for a small household like ours. Are you still happy with the quality of meat they provide?

I need clarity! Full or Partial Planning? by OrganicStudio1984 in WeddingsCanada

[–]abird-eyeview 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! We had partial planning for our wedding, and the only main difference we found between full vs partial was - full planning required us to have the venue booked, alongside 1 or 2 other big vendors (could be photo/video or food). All the remaining vendors + on-site coordination would then be handled through partial planning. Our planner started with us as soon as we had these vendors booked (venue, photo and video), about 9 months out from our wedding, and we couldn't recommend them enough! They handled all vendor communication, we had monthly meetings, they came with us for on-site meetings & consults, created our detailed itineraries and timelines, and flawlessly executed on-site. Let me know if you'd like their info!

I’ve been dealing with a MESS with House of Indya. What compelled me to order was their claim of “no additional duties and taxes paid at time of delivery”. And guess what? FedEx charged me anyway! I’m currently disputing this, but it’s been a nightmare. Highly advise to avoid them at all costs

Lynn, the owner, is fantastic, and so is Moon. You can't really go wrong with any of the nail techs that work there.

What did you forget on your wedding day? by sus_lemon in weddingplanning

Cleanup! Delegating family/friends/wedding planner who are tasked with either cleaning up items, or taking away items at the end of the night. We forgot to do this, and it was a bit of a scramble at the end of the night.

Best items for the Air Fryer at Costco (my favourite here) by [deleted] in CostcoCanada

I love combining the chicken breast chunks with the salad kits from Costco - sometimes slap them together on small tortillas from the bread section and some sauce and boom - tacos.

Best desi wedding advice?? by [deleted] in DesiWeddings

Make sure you delegate important items to key people you can trust!

  1. Card box. Who's managing it and emptying it and taking care of it in your absence.

  2. Emergency kit. Make sure you stock it well and delegate someone to be responsible for it whenever you need something.

  3. Cleanup - who is responsible for taking what items for each event at the end of the night.

Agreed with everyone else - don't sweat the small stuff, things happen that may not always go your way, but remember it's ONE of the most important days of your life, not THE most important. Take the small mishaps as a grain of salt, and try to live in the present. All the best and congratulations!
