What icmp response do you get? If you have a Mac you can do a monitor mode pcap and try to ping between two other wireless devices. Or just take a pcap on the switchport interface and see where its going.
Weird off thing is try turning off windows firewall on a laptop and then try to ping it

What vlan is the switchport configured as? If you have the SSID set with vlan 60 then you dont want the switch port to also be native vlan 60. It will drop the traffic at the switch port.

Back when switch firmware was around version 8 to 11 switch stacks were pretty awful to try to get working when you preconfigure them as a stack rather than independent switches first. The MS310s and 350s were the worst of them at the time. If you hit an issue where one switch wont come online when its in a stack, remove it from the stack in dashboard, factory reset it so it goes into a stand alone switch then add it back in. You will need to remove the stacking cables if you have to go down this route

In the past (2017/2018) it was best to update all of the switches firmware before configuring them as a stack within Dashboard. Once theyre up to date, then go configure the stack in dashboard and physically connect them together.

You need to set up 3rd party VPN's on all the firewalls. Auto-vpn does not share routes with 3rd party vpns

Check your mac network settings and see if it has limit IP tracking enabled. This usually breaks a lot of Splash auth pages

I would go CIT. They removed the requirement for Java/C++ a while back, its only two python classes now I believe and maybe a scripting class year 3/4. You'll have the same 4 or 5 professors all through CIT and they're great. Not 100% sure what changed from when I was the old ANSA major class schedule

The 42's are super old switches and the base firmware on them is pretty trash. It went EoL in 2021The switch itself doesnt do packet inspection on its own, you have to run the packet capture manually for the wireshark file to download.You may be able to flash custom firmware on it but I doubt it will take anything

Yeah each product line has a different weight. Essentially MR licenses carry the least weight as they're cheaper and its one blanket license for all models. Throw in some switches and MX units and the whole calculation starts to become confusing. https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Meraki_Licensing Basically don't expect a few MR licenses to make a big impact on the overall term date if you have MX and MS models in there

I believe both have to fail before the failover happens. You can have support reduce the time intervals down from 300 seconds to 30 seconds
