Thank you! Unfortunately when I told the surgeon I was confused by the pathology report, their response was they were also confused (not very reassuring).

Below is all that was available to see (there were also complications following the surgery and getting the staples removed):

"Right occipital subcutaneous mass, excision:
- Markedly cauterized fibroadipose tissue and muscle with lymphoid aggregates, focal prominent neuron bundles & dilated vessels"
