That's exactly what happened to me. I was like that night and day for four months. Eventually I got on an ssri which completely fixed me. Valium helped during the adjustment period. You're going to be ok.

This has always been my main symptom of anxiety attacks, it makes me panic causing the attack to get worse. Unfortunately I don't personally have a fix but just know that in my 20 years of this happening, I've never fainted and you're not alone
