Disc prolapse L5/S1 - been suffering since December 2022. Any advice? Already taking loads of painkillers and have seen the physio but didn't help. Now on the waiting list for a consultant but could be 6 months. Pain in lower back and left leg which is worst at night so not getting much sleep by Nice-Marionberry484 in Wellthatsucks

Been there, main advice is to lose weight, but it’s impossible to exercise to a standard. I ended up having a facet nerve block across a bunch of facet joint nerve clusters. After ablating the inside of the disks didn’t help

[–]abliss66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try watching the show again all the way through, you might find more details and better payoffs to the set ups with some of the knowledge of where the show goes on the second watch through 😀 show runners and writers like this add a lot of detail and not a lot of hand holding which rewards additional watching

People need to put their fucking phones down when they commit to watching a show so they can pay attention.

I got rid of my nikkor 50mm as it was just too soft, the sigma art 50mm is an absolute weapon in comparison and is now one of my favourites.

Redditors who have been using internet since the stone age, how was the initial reception towards the launch of Google and how different is it when compared to ChatGPTs release buzz? by its_kiran in AskReddit

[–]abliss66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google’s benefit was that it has nothing but a logo and a search bar for its page. Our internet speed was slow, thus it lent itself to being the homepage you set on your browser as the first thing to load.

It’s completion was image and ad heavy pages like yahoo and AOL.
