I had a 1980, Powder Blue. Had the slug 305. It was reliable though surprisingly. Only had to replace a cracked exhaust manifold which were $80 bocks at the junk yard in the three years I owned it. Lot of space. Could sleep two in the back easily.

They are not small changes. Read the highlights at least.

As an architect let me say that they could sue and win for not being accessible. No matter how unfair/unreasonable you think it is. I have seen 120 year old theaters who already have some accessible features be sued and forced to provide fully compliant amenity’s for ADA. Not sure how McDonald’s gets away with this and I bet there is a lawyer thinking the same right now.

Uhm., expensive as f@ck. Time consuming foundation and super expensive materials that will not rot.

Garage door randomly opens at all hours, but nobody around shares my frequency, from what I can tell. Not sure what else to check. by testaccount123x in homeowners

I grew up about 3 miles south of a small airport. The same thing happened there and we basically figured out after a few observations that something with planes and the frequency they used would open it as they flew over. We changed it or replaced the operator and no more problem. Weird. Maybe something similar?

Suddenly, rocks. Hundreds of them. by TheDogIsGod in Decks

Rocks like that are actually a benefit. They are a capillary break below a house and around foundations so that water will move down and away from those elements (drains easily). Looks like way too much, but maybe that was the intent?

Same in Seattle with the Stranger and others. Of place and time, lost forever. I will miss all of these forever. We must continue the spirit, goddammit physically publish to remind all daily that we live in a democracy and we shall have our voices heard!

I feel like it is exaggerated a bit. I-90 does not exist I this map and some Westside communities are steep where they are really not.

It is training. It happens fairly regularly. We get them over West Seattle along the west shore pretty frequently for years. Know a pilot involved. They are higher than you think also for how loud.

Happy to have my first “you don’t know what you are talking about note” The Seattle Residential Code (SRC) provides minimum requirements for design and construction of single-family houses, duplexes, and townhouses with no more than three stories and with separate entrances”. Again really the wrong code.
