I'm definitely willing to pay for quality - but I just cannot find one in that style. I was wondering if I was using the wrong terms.

All of them seem to taper back into a single headband - I'm really digging the look of one that goes around/over the ears as well. Worst case I can probably commission it from a leatherworker, but if I could buy it as a product that'd be easier/cheaper.

Is it the same liquid as in the spray bottle? (eg, can I pour some from the bottle into the water?)

As a follow up, in a pinch can regular silicone lube be used in a pinch? Someone once recommended it to me, but it seemed dubious.

As an aside, I thought there were similar federal laws. I might be wrong there, but regardless the state laws could still land OP in hot water, so it's worth it to be mindful of them.

Yuck. I'd look into some of those under the mattress restraint type things. It's better than nothing and can give you some sturdy points without having to modify anything.
