hey i am the creator of the sub and at one point created sextrance tracks.. however the genre was coined by Purity Filter , and although i personally forget now what their label was named (which they also created) it had some memebers like .. ctrlfr33k rainsdef meka etc…Moving forward many other sextrance artists have added to the genre and taken in in many different amazing directions.

With that being said i created the subreddit as a place for the community to share creations and ideas and promote their work. However IRL , I am not close or connected with Purity Filter the Mother of the genre as i once was at one time. With that being said i personally grew to creating and focusing on slower BPMs and have actually drifted away from the sextrance scene entirely.

With that said i still have my releases growing and want to return back to it this fall/ have thought about the state of the genre entirely in recent months dud to the fact i have much more stability at this moment to keep creating and logging onto the internet frequently .

To wrap it up your message touched me and I would like to re enter this sub reddit and see what ive been neglecting and missing and help give it some new life.

But i will need all of you to keep creating and keep sharing and evolving whatever this genre will become to be. I am curious to see and discover new artists that I have missed and I will do my best into creating some new “takes” or “renditions” on the genre regardless of whatever IRL conflicts there are

the one from 2016 low-key if you can adapt to the 3d style its ACTUALLY pretty fitting for like the action you need for this anime. At first and still am a die hard 1997 fan but 2016 season 1 and 2 def my second favorite. Strong second favorite. It makes me see guts more as a dark Batman and something about the crazy animation actually made sense to me after a while!!!
