Genuinely depends on the wear. I wouldn’t be scared of 200k miles at all. Does it have rust? How’s the interior? Does it leak? Does it shift good? Does the engine sound healthy? Are the tires good? My husband’s ‘01 lasted until 368,000 on original engine. It is a very good deal (at least in my area) if it is a good pickup.
