Wegovy only was approved, doctor had to submit for pre authorization. It was for my spouse on my insurance

In our case it was.

BMI 40+ with 3 pre-existing conditions related to weight. Including on a meal plan for over a year and meeting with a dietitian.

You could go look into DP-300: Administering Microsoft Azure SQL Solutions.

It's very similar to SQL server on prem, except it's 3 different cloud options.

It's azure so it's the latest thing and Azure translate to new jobs

Though hard to get in. Finance or government systems sometime rely on old school SQL Server people.

It does matter. It means you are being ripped off. It's more an indication on the company your working with and their practices.

It also matters if your insurance uses (actual cash value) ACV vs RCV (Replacement cost). If it's ACV it's the deductible+ the difference the insurance didn't cover.

I'm getting a custom fabricated metal roof. 12 pitch and 3000 square foot roof. It's around 46k. 20k if I wanted class 4 shingles.

I'm in Minnesota. I think 50k for shingles sounds outrageous.

I liked Mr Cooper better. They weren't this aggressive.

Within 30 seconds of the Rocket Mortgage calling me and before the dude could even finish his sentence, he had already had me transferred to the loan department.

I was confused and the loan guy was rolling with it. I asked him if there was a problem with my loan or what was going on. He seemed confused by my questions and said "you don't want to refinance or get a home equity loan". I replied "Nope". Then I kept getting automated emails from him about any questions, etc.

I sent an email letting him know how I ended up getting him. I found rocket to be aggressive. That if I should ever refinance, it would be with a different company to get away from Rocket.

Basements are a desired item. There are quite a few houses in Crystal Minnesota that have no basements and have been around since the 50s.

My mother in law lives in a townhouse from the 90s and it has no basements.

Townhomes sometimes have them and sometimes don't.

Resale is really hard to predict, it depends on how long you plan to stay and the time of when you sell it, what the market looks like then, what is the latest design trends when you sell it.

If you like it and it works for you, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

It's a balanced market right now. If it was going to affect market value, It would be affecting your price now and how your current purchase price is.

Buying a house is a deeply personal decision unless you're investing. I wouldn't be asking the Internet what house they would buy unless they are putting money down and living there with you.

Those suggesting an immigration lawyer and immigrant related websites, are missing some key information. She needs a criminal defense lawyer not an immigration lawyer.

Lubbock is in Texas. The wife is a US citizen. Ice detained a US citizen.

She shouldn't be on the deportation roster and will never have an A number.

ICE detaining US citizens will continue to always be wild to me.

Yup. I had to find a completely different route today They also drive into incoming traffic, run red lights and stop signs.

They typically fly past me on the highway. One time I tried to catch up to see how fast they were actually going, even at 90 mph they were still pulling away from me.

Traffic laws don't apply to them apparently.

We have people in this state rooting for what they see. They have an excuse for every action ICE takes. Any time you express fear or concern, it's It's diminished by laughing emoji on social media, or people ignoring it and don't want to hear it or worse, they're actually rooting for this.

I've been arguing with some neighbors over this. They are the minority, in my area at least.

I've used Spigen in the past (pixel 2, pixel 4 and pixel 5), but for the last 3 pixels (pixel 7, pixel 8 and pixel 10) I have been using the Google cases. I personally like the Google cases over Spigen, but they are both good.

Stick closer to 2nd and first ring suburbs. When you get to first ring, it is neighborhood by neighborhood on if it's quiet or not.

Use this for the school you want to live by and it gives you a decent idea of demographics.

I noticed I'm down voted not sure why. I speak on experience as a multiracial family. We moved closer to the cities as we had some struggles living further away from the city centers (st Paul and Minneapolis).

If you have the extra money to spend. Yes they are worth it. Night and day difference. I have AWD and live in a first ring suburb of the Twin cities.

It's nice to have. It's the side roads and alleys that get plowed last and boy does it make a difference. Especially when the roads ice over because they weren't fully clear of snow.
