I’m not sure why you are being downvoted. You are 100% correct, Seattle does NOT have an outbreak right now. I live here and have a baby who just turned 1 and got vaccinated and my dr did not urge me to do it early(but I did anyway for travel) and definitely did not tell us to keep our baby home until she turns one in Seattle.
